§1 Program name and description
The text-message program is called Fluorova Fluoride Notes (the "Program"). It is operated by Fluorova, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC. If you opt in, we deliver recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you given with educational details about oral health, dental care basics, and ways to save on dental care, confirmations and service messages, and (only if you separately agree) promotional announcements about new guides and resources.
Fluorova is not a dental or medical provider. Choosing dental care is your own decision.
§2 How to opt in
You can join by completing the form on our Get Started or SMS Notifications page and checking one or both of the separate, unchecked consent boxes: (1) informational texts, and (2) promotional texts. You can also text START to 877-270-0620 to join. We then send a confirmation text saying you’re enrolled in Fluorova Fluoride Notes. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to use the Services or to buy anything. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
§3 Types of messages and examples
- Informational: confirmation of your request, educational information about oral health and dental costs, reminders about topics you asked about, and service notices.
